leading up to the draft his biggest selling points were deadeye shooter and stellar character. now he consistently bricks wide open 3’s and jumps up n down crying for the ball when he doesn’t get it smh

    And it has happened...

Paolo is shooting 31.6% while carrying the burden of running the Orlando offense

Jabari is shooting 31.2% while doing whatever it is he's doing

Paolo's strength isn't shooting and he is the focus point.

i was one of the few who didn't want us to draft him, but i've been happy with his development on drives and finishing -- he's not a complete stiff in this regard. he's also shown promise as a midrange shooter. but his bread & butter, draining 3's, has been a disaster to date. will give him till end of NEXT season before doling out any real criticism because he's still so young and thin, while also having to face the kpj/silas headwind

This last play was infuriating. I mean, Sengun was completely open and free, close to the basket, there wasn't even a defender there. Jabari looked up, clearly saw it, and decided not to pass.

That's the play he got injured on.

There is a s still plenty of time to evaluate his potential.

Jabari Smith needs to get stronger, and he will improve by leaps and bounds.

As his shot hones in with further NBA 3 pt. line vs the College 3 point line, his percentages will increase to a more respectable percentage.

The defense and the interior game will get much better as he gets stronger and fills out his body.

    I'm officially concerned

    Did we draft Brian Cook?

I am no longer happy with the selection of Jabari Smith, how do I change my vote? Jalen looked bad last year, but he had some good games and ended the year well, he seems inconsistent but he is an NBA player at least. Jabari looks like he could be a real bust. To think we wasted a full year of tanking and then needed lotto to help us get #3 overall, this one is painful to see.

He's too much of a robotic type of player. He's not a hooper.

    Brian Cook hits 3s.

    Jabari is taller pre-Washington Ariza.

And shooting 20% from 3 for the last 10 games. The only time the media has mentioned Jabari all year is when he told Lebron he played against his dad, Lebron should have told him he is his dad now. That is his most viewed highlight all year.

Our 2 top 3 draft picks have zero level of consistency.
