    Stone is trying to acquire assets. He'll say whatever to pimp whoever he gets. Nix was at one point at least a 1st round prospect. Coming out of high school, he was a top-15 player in the nation and a top 3-5 PG. He ballooned in weight. I think we took a gamble on him hoping he could get that weight down and revert back to what he used to be. He hasn't and may never.

    Reminder : Stone and the Rockets also moved up to draft Sengun. They also drafted Garuba whom you mentioned earlier.

    Do I know what their players can do? I honestly don't know. You can say they can't coach or whatever, but when you have former players on the coaching staff like Lucas, Hollins, etc., you think they're clueless on development and coaching? For me, I'm not in the back offices knowing anything, but if you think nobody on that team knows what Sengun, Green and company are capable of, but eagerly, for example, moved up to draft them, I don't know what to say. Whether or not they want to use them... just yet... is another question. lol. In other words, I think a lot of this crap we see is part of the tank. But again, I could be wrong - I'm not back there.
