KPJ might sit out the year for Stone’s tanking….I’m cool with that. I want Jalen, Jabari, Sengun to play without KPJ so they can develop this year

KPJ is not our Franchise player…only KPJ and Silas think that

KPJ is an elite shot creator - his one big negative can be fixed by 2 things.

    1. Far fewer turnovers
    2. Teammates making shots

This is the type of DATA that the NBA and Rockets are using.

I know we have a big narrative of KPJ haters - and they complain and others agree creating confirmation bias - you are just all wrong.

He is developing into a very very good PG.

There's no denying KPJs talent (I think he's the most talented player but not the best on this roster)... he's obviously great at creating shots for himself and others. Possibly better than anyone on the team BUT a good passer doesn't mean he's a good floor general. He's nowhere near as good as controlling the flow of the offense as Sengun. He doesn't have the intuition of a floor general to get certain players the ball at the right time to get their shots going and he often halts the flow of the offense and the team struggles because of this. This isn't going to show up on the stat sheet or analytics!

He's better suited as a finisher, where he doesn't have to think too much. That's not a knock on him, he's just naturally gifted at scoring.

This is interesting, thanks for posting. Going to look more into what these stats mean and how they’re graded but good stuff regardless.

If true, then this is why the team has been in such a bad spot and the league has only gotten worse in the past 5 years.

They have their minds made up DD.

If it doesn't fit their narrative, they poo-poo it as
    emptied calorie stats.

Keep up the good work DD.

I was just about to say the same thing. There’s nothing he can do to please some fans. He’s our new Christian Wood. If he gets traded, it’ll be someone else.. there has to be a villain

Agreed which is why while we are tanking you got to let him develop.

I am hoping he is watching Sengun cook and will come back and fit in.....IMHO the player that hurts the team is Eric Gordon because we can have 1 ball stopper but not two or 3 on the court....he needs to go and watch the flow open up.

Sure if Westbrook could shoot as well as KPJ......

This shows that Westbrook is great at creating shots, it is when he is left all alone that he sucks....if teams leave KPJ all alone he is a much better shooter.....nice try though.

Well other than the personal insult - I found that post very funny and well played.....would have been funnier if you just used the "DD" imho.....and much more classy.

Who knew EG has better passing quality AND versatility than Paul??

    I see u Russ…I see u Jrue

looks like Haliburton is very overrated…bruh, he’s below Ivey and RJ Barrett

yeah, I see where this belongs

When kpj is out folks hit career highs. Someone is magically giving them the ball to hit their shots.
The excuse that somebody has to pick up the scoring slack doesn't fly. A player being unavailable doesn't magically make others shoot better unless he's the cause of it. Common sense eludeds kpj stans.

They are pressed for time....take out KPj while he is injured and before Wembayama gets here.

Hurry, hurry, rush, rush....and then get back to losing

This explains our reluctance to move Gordon for anything less than a good 1st rounder.

He's a scorer off the bench. He wouldn't start on a winning team. Like I've said, I think he'll be out of the league in two years. Nobody but us wanted him

Lol at KPJ being an elite shot creator. That's high comedy. Sorry to his 6 delusional fans but he sucks
