Surprisingly funny. First episode was a little rough around the edges but it gets better. The cameos are fun. The writers need an editor that lived through the 90s. There wasn’t urgent care back then, guys said dude instead of bro and other little niggling things that I catch but don’t ruin it. It’s fun, glad they made it.
The best Twitter description was Disney diversity cast. Asian check Black check Hispanic check Gay check
Let’s get it right: Gay Asian boy Mixed black/white girl Filipino girl (you ****ing racists) But probably not representative of small town Wisconsin in the 1990s.
She also played Eric's cousin in the episode where he thought she was into him and he put the moves on her leading to the epic Red Forman quote, "I'm not raising any flipper grandkids!"
No idea. MY wife and her gay husband (as she calls her gay best friend) asked me to watch this abomination. Other than feeling really old watching it, I kept think that I would rail the black chick and maybe the Filipino one too if I were younger.
