It's really strange how picky some people are about trying to have "realistic appearance" in their television and movies. The thing is that there aren't many generic housewives that look like Amy Adams, or Jennifer Lawrence, but people don't complain about that. There aren't many advertising workers that look like the cast from Mad Men, especially during that time setting.

Why is it that now people are upset about characters not appearing "realistic" for them?
