What's more worrying than his ass numbers is that it seems like he has a mental fortitude of Royce White, and basketball IQ of Javale.

You can improve your shooting, but to just get your confidence shattered in a quarter of basketball and stop playing is just pathetic

How so? He's been handed everything.

    Dude thinks he's Kobe Bryant.

Turns out he's more Mark Bryant.

Does he though? If he thinks he's Kobe he wouldn't be playing like such a pu$$y

I've seen Jalen Green get relegated to KPJ sidekick

I've seen him get the keys and told to drive.

I've seen him try to play off Sengun.

    Nothing seems to work.

Maybe stick him into a corner on limited minutes, unless he's really hot

He’s ruining him by spoiling him. He should have been benched for this performance tonight. Offensive struggles happen but poor effort is inexcusable.

Green's worst game of the season.

Still have a lot of faith in Green, but not with the effort he had tonight. It was very deflated ...

I'm sure the Green haters feel great tonight though.

When John Wall said on other teams they wouldn’t even play you know who he was talking about now. Not even talking about this game. No serious team would let him jack up 18 shots a game on poor efficiency while not giving two shts on defense and can’t take two dribbles without getting picked. Pathetic.

When Gerald Green isn't hot, his numbers aren't great.

Nah, we feel like sht. Dumb ass gm really wasted a top 2 pick on this crap. I don’t care what else he did, Stone needs to be fired for this alone. Set Rockets back years.

See how the Warriors treat Wiseman who was drafted #2 as well and see how we treat Jalen. It's the difference between a competent org and a horrendous one. Sure, the Warriors are playing with house money but they benefit a lot more if Wiseman is good/great. But they see how his effort and lack of IQ is cancerous and hurts the team and refuse to just give him minutes even though they actually need a big.

I agree but i doubt it makes a difference.

I'm increasingly realizing that maybe Green who I loved last year just is.. not that good

I don't disagree that Warriors have been a great org over the last decade or so...

But Wiseman going #1 overall and not developing well or producing much isn't a good thing. They're competing for championships with hall of farmers, not in the early phases of a rebuild.

I was never in on Green being superstar or a Kobe or whatever, that was laughable from the start, pure PR fluff to fool a gm to pick him high. But I was sold on Green being a Zach Lavine or Bradley Beal, someone who puts up a lot of points efficiently but does not impact the game that much. Even during his worst game last year, 0-11 or something, I was disappointed, complained on here, but did not waver in my expectations down the line. Reason being he was a rookie, young and we have seen bad rookies improve time and again.

Yeah I’m out now. This dude is a loser. He is no longer a rookie and tonight was inexcusable. I’ve said so many times, for young players improvement, trajectory is more important than how actually good or bad they are. The utter lack of improvement and regression from Green shows that all that hard work talk was BS. All the off season fashion shows and publicity crap is what he is actually about and now it is showing on the court.

Tilman and Stone wanted a face of the franchise and drafted based on instagram follower count instead of basketball ability. This guy is a grade A US Prime Bust and heads need to roll for it.

His best friend, Mike Hill trained him all summer. He's not a basketball trainer by any means, he has no basketball knowledge and he's basically a hanger who has known Jalen since he was a kid. I followed him on IG throughout the summer and he was there at every party with Jalen, every yacht and every shopping spree. It's just a lack of professionalism from both parties. Don't hire your friends to train you. He needs to get right and train with Drew Hanlen or the other 4-5 trainers that NBA players share. It's just inexcusable.

I didn’t know that. Smdh. Ok, maybe it’s not a total lack of hard work, just a total lack of knowing how to work hard.

You made a bet that you would drink your own c*m if he were to go on an Anthony Edwards type run lol. You have always wanted Green to fail. You're not mad right now. Your feeling validated and after Green's worst game of the year, this is a good time for you to gloat.
