It's getting real f*Cking annoying having to watch Sengun give up his own offense in order to placate Green in the hopes he stops sulking on the perimeter because he's being out-done by his teammate and isn't the center of attention.

Cannot wait to see what team Sengun is on after his contract ends. He doesn't deserve this joke of an organisation.

What if Sengun checked in with 2 min left in the first, played whole 2nd, and then did the same in the 3/4

    Just crazy enough to work

So they doubled and fronted Alpi in the 4th?

I noticed that two games in a row now Sengun has absolutely dominated for 75% of it then during winning time in the 4th quarter he hasn’t been able to produce at the same rate as earlier in the game. That’s the next step for him to take. I know that’s a lot to ask for a 20 year old big man when closing the game is historically been the guard’s job but there’s no other option on this team, he is the one. This may be nitpicking since not long ago he wasn’t even allowed to close games, but going forward he needs to do a better job at it.

They did but he also turned the ball over twice when the team was falling apart in the 4th. Overall still a great game but needs to work on his clutch play.

Come to think of it it’s been three games in a row. In the LAL game he also stopped attacking once they put Lebron on him in the 4th.

Agreed. That being said when the defense is swarming him on the top of the key why not try and get some low post touches. So he doesn't have to dribble as much to get in a spot he can score from.

I really do not understand Silas.

I’m curious to see KPJ back now that Alperen is rolling. Hoping for more dribble handoffs with Alperen as the initiator. Maybe KPJ has gained some insight on Sengun in these games.

(Still hoping man. KPJ is a a bit of a doofus, but he is our doofus and he bleeds Houston)

Sengun is the only hope we have on this shitty team.. especially if we miss out on Wemby. Only a 14% chance otherwise this franchise is nearly hopeless with Tilman/Stone/Silas.

Because he is not a complete player yet......and when teams want to they can stop him quite easily, this is why the team needs someone like KPJ who can do something different when teams focus on taking Sengun out.

His Assist to TO ratio is pretty poor. Funny how 7 assists and 4 turnovers can be completely different narratives for different players...right?
