We probably couldn't give him away honestly. Everyone knows he's trash. Hopefully when they fire Silas he takes KPJ with him. He won't be in the league two years from now. He can go play in the Big 3. That's the extent of his skill set

Hope he takes a little longer to let that foot heal. Offense has more life to it without him

KPJ made Jalen Green suck at basketball again without even being there.

It also doesn't help when you don't replace him with another pg.

It also doesn't help when KPJ is the only competent guard on the entire roster.

Everyone except KPJ's moronic 6 fans knows he shouldn't put on a Rockets jersey again. Green had to improve. We wasted half a season catering to the bum who will be out of the league in two tears

No, only bad managers blindly look past an employee's checkered history that has only pretty recently reared its ugly head. Good managers keep said individuals away from actually important projects because cannot trust said individuals to relapse and potentially influence and screw over everyone around them.

Good managers recognize growth - and reward that growth.

Poor managers judge someone by first impressions and never change, they don't have a growth mindset and hold companies back.

People who don't acknowledge growth, like you are doing here take companies down, you would be fired so fast in my group.....especially after a year of a kid growing up and making good decisions.

Of course Silas would have never been hired......he is not qualified to be an NBA head coach.

Wow your ability to distort reality when it comes to your latest Rockets crush is truly amazing, in a very bad or disingenuous way. Good managers do reward growth, I agree. Thing is, KPJ has show very little of that. And GTFOH with first impressions. How many people feel about KPJ has nothing to do with first impressions, but an understanding built up MULTIPLE impressions. KPJ yelling at his coach, throwing a towel (or maybe it was a clipboard), and then bailing on his team by leaving at halftime... that is not a first impression but the latest serious infraction in a LONG LINE of infractions spanning his short career. Even to this day, there are multiple examples of poor attitude and lack of discipline, from him pouting quite obviously when things don't go his way to the revolving door he is on transition defense because he is too busy showboating on the other end. Does that sound like someone who has shown actual maturity growth? **** no! It might be growth by his paltry standards, but it definitely isn't grown by any sensible standards and certainly doesn't represent the individual I want influencing others as the self-proclaimed "head honcho".

Also, GTFOH with your nonsense about being fired. Simply seemingly more of your fairy tale views on reality. Unlike how you seem to carry yourself, I actually properly recognize growth and don't make up stories or excuses about it. If people like me "take companies down" and would be fired from your group "so fast", then you must either have worked for garbage companies or garbage groups within said companies. KPJ on the other hand actually WOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED from quite literally any other company outside that of professional sports.

You're fired. Now turn in your name tag and your apron and go home.

LOL...you could work a hundred lifetimes and still not make it to a high enough position to fire me.
