    Rockets #3 (down 2 spots)​

    14% is exactly what people think it is, getting top pick / Wemby is slim. (pun intended)

    The Rockets beat the odds the past couple years, so this could be the year they don't and pick 4th or 5th. As a Rockets fan that would really suck, but as a sports fan it is totally what the organization deserves.
