I think highly of Smith. His offensive potential (in my mind) is VERY high. He will figure out the 3 ball.
I have had you on ignore for a long time, sometimes I'm just curious which one of the village idiots people are talking to.
I'm not worried about it at this juncture.... they've been crap all year and are in the midst of a major losing streak so I'm sure tensions are very high. If anything this flares up show that he cares.
If he is going to call out teammates when they do wrong he needs to accept when teammates call him out when he does wrong. It seems he can dish it out ut can't take it.
John Lucas mentioned in an interview last season KPJ was regularly missing his optional morning training sessions while Jalen was showing up. He sounded disappointed in KPJ.
This makes Zero logical sense. If you can't be more efficient on easier attempts at less volume how the hell do you expect someone to be MORE efficient in higher volume and more off the dribble attempts? The fact that Green is leading the team in shot attempts with a much more difficult shot profile than Jabari even during his rookie year makes a larger argument for a bigger gap in offensive ability between Green and Jabari. Look at the world of difference between their unassisted and assisted fgm rate. Green is significantly higher in unassisted fgm rate(significantly more percentage of his makes self created). He's more efficient on SIGNIFICANTLY more difficult shot profile. The gap also is massive in their rookie year (50% ts vs 55%ts)
If you look at the Memphis vs Lakers vs Shannon Sharpe (LBJ's biatch) incident, you see a pattern there. Difference is that all the Memphis players are viewed as 'winners' and they complement each other. Jabari got the Dillon Brooks' attitude. This chip on the shoulder attitude, we don't respect any 'veteran star players'. Jabari just does not have that body.
One thing about Sengun idiot fans I admire, you'll all shamelessly blame EVERYBODY but Sengun for everything Silas KPJ Jalen Green Josh Christopher Von Wafer Deshaun Watson The refs You guys will make sure it's everyone else's fault before Sengun takes any criticism. Delusional but very loyal
Lol. This narrative should end. Jalen Green has a slump and all of a sudden it's Sengun's team? Once Green gets his rythm and KPJ gets healthy Sengun will be back to his position as a role player.
Seems like people blaming player/coach not named Sengun = sengun idiots fans now. I blame the coach anyway as a Rockets fan
TBH Jabari has been majorly disappointing as a number 3 pick. His shooting has sucked, and he came in with a shooters reputation - if he can't shoot, he is just another lessor Ariza clone....without defensive awareness. Stone will be judged on how well our picks develop vs others that were available at that pick. DD
I agree but the 2022 nba draft from 3 and below doesn't look too strong now and in the future. it was very guard heavy. keegan is a little too old to fit the timeline, shaedon has potential but fans would be frustrated with him today because he's at least 2-3 years away. mathurin is the one guy who I would have wanted if we could re-do it. him and JG could have given us a similar vibe to Tatum and Jaylen
You make no sense at all. You say Jabari is horrible efficiency so let's give all those shots to someone just terrible with efficiency? They are both bad options. I grade Jabari as a 19 year old rookie different than someone in his 3rd professional season. Sengun should get more looks and they should be picking and rolling the hell out of KJ and Eason... Stop defending Green. He has been a colossal bust at this point outside of a 6 week stretch... Jabari is going down the same path but he's not as far down...
Rythm? If you are a professional basketball player and it takes you 8 months to get your rythm better get your insurance license...
