Its most definitely a valid concern. Team has to be smart in how hard they work him and even then no guarantee he will avoid the injury bug. The payoff is just so astronomical that you have to roll the dice. Scoot Henderson would be a hell of a consolation prize, but there are some really intriguing prospects outside of the consensus top 2.

In quite the same ways that I felt Paolo and Sengun would have made a great 2 man game it applies even more for Wemby+Alpy. Wemby can hit 3's and take defenders off the dribble. He would cover up all of Senguns defensive issues and be one of the best last lines of defense in the NBA.

Sengun + Jabari + Wemby is pretty crazy to think about in one lineup.

How about those 3 Harden, Green
Mike Connely, Eason, Tate, Garuba bench

That would be pretty nasty. With that frontline you could almost input any random set of guards and be successful.

I agree man, I think that is an elite 3-5 potentially. And it gives us size, I’m so tired of small ball

I don't know how any Sengun or Rox fan could not want Wemby. A front line of Alpi at the 5, Wemby at the 4, Smith at the 3 with KMJ backing up the 3 and Eason the backing up the 4, could would likely be the best front front court in basketball in just a couple of years. We would have flexibility to go big or small. Even if Wemby doesn't become the GOAT, I don't know how you could not want him on the team. Wemby compliments Sengun perfectly.

Watching the Metropolitans vs Fos-Sur-Mer game. Per the NBA App announcers, if Wembanyama were to land in Houston, Houston would go from worst record to about .500. Huge jump. Sounds right, if a bit extreme. I'd love to find out if he is right.

Edit: NBA App Commentator Kyle Boone. Never heard of him, but love the optimism.

People keep talking about the Rockets record but I bet you they will not end up with the worst record in the NBA. It will be the Spurs or the Pistons. Their games are more trash than the Rockets. They don’t look competent at all.

He has a total sh*t me-first attitude. He is the best player on a terrible basketball team. He should not go in the lottery, but would be worth a flyer toward the end of the first round.

So now winning with Victor will somehow be less fun than winning without him, simply because he's on everyone's radar?

Right, and winning two titles with Hakeem was less fun because he was the consensus #1 pick in that draft.

This might be the stupidest tweet yet from a guy who tweets nothing but stupidity. Do you keep posting his drivel just because he's an Alpi stan?

I wasn’t 100% sure if that was in English. Thank you for helping me understand the point that person was attempting to make.

side note... I am elated to not be a Twitter user.
