And do you think large businesses don't **** over workers more numerically than small businesses?

Of course because no one ever got to be upper middle class working for a large corporation.

Lol excuse me while I don't assume a bunch of ultra mags yacht owners are professional 9-5 engineers.

I'm certain they were all small business owners.

In fact a lot of Jan 6th rioters were small business owners.

Bro, you are projecting a lot of your cis-hetero white male conservative hate that you are so blind to the facts and can't be unbiased. It's pointless debating with you.

It's somewhat entertaining though. He's against big business, but he's cornered himself into arguing in favor of a society that would benefit big business at the expense of small businesses. But he won't admit it and keeps attempting to change the subject.

What are the facts? Tell me the form of haarrasment this old lady did that would cause fear for any patron?

Why believe stories of a man at face value who is willing to hose down a defenseless old lady who can barely walk?

Accountability right? Maybe accountability here is not believing someone at face value willing to do that?

Elaborate on "verbal haarrasment". Tell me what she explicitly said that warrants that behavior by that owner?

In my criticism of American hero worship of small business entrepreneurs, nowhere did I claim a policy position.

Our entire economic system is simply unsustainable.

But to say that I'm pro business for merely starting the disadvantages of working under a small business owner, doesn't mean I'm "pro-big business".

What Jesus represented and capitalism are diametrically opposed ideas.

Que Al Franken's comic book strip on Supply Side Jesus.

If you think its ok for homeless people to loiter in front of small businesses, those small businesses will suffer. In that case, who benefits? Big business.

In other words, you support policies which negatively impact small businesses which will ultimately positively impact big businesses.

    So yeah.....you're "pro-big business".

As a patron, would you want to patronize a small business that had multiple homeless people loitering around the entrance?

Depends? How necessary are the goods he's selling? Is it TP? I always need tp.

He can use the homeless outside as a visual reminder of his ilks policy positions and voting records for the past 40 years causing this.

Even if you always need toilet paper, most people wouldn't want to deal with the homeless people loitering around small businesses. As a result, they'd patronize big business where they wouldn't have to deal with them.

It's not about policy positions and voting records. It's about the government not fulfilling it's responsibilities.

The government is the will of the people....

Scratch that. I mean the government is the will of property owners.

You're confusing "government" with "government's responsibilities".

The government can only do so much. The government has always been stagnated to do the things it needs to do by the American entrepreneur class. An example in Cali is upholding prop 13.

So when the government is incapable of fulfilling it's responsibilities, what should happen to the shortfall? Just ignore it?

Not hose down a old lady who's biggest threat is saying mean things on a public sidewalk.

So verbal harassment until she leaves would that have been a fairer and more civil approach than spraying water on her, I take it.
