4.5 for Richardson 4.6/4.7 for Levis, they both have ridiculous wiggle and agility. Richardson arm talent isn’t in the same category as Levis. That’s not a knock on AR, his arm is ridiculous. Levis is a step above that. The age thing is a big deal imo
Richardson will have a top 5 arm in the league the day he gets drafted. His arm is absolutely better than Levis. Perhaps Levis has a more polished arm but purely talking about the howitzer for a right arm, it's not close.
No. This is not anywhere close to true. Levis has a cannon and an immediate top 3 arm in the league. On top of a lightning quick release. Richardson does not have a better arm than Levis
Effortless 80 yards in the air. I will not be convinced that anyone has a better arm than Richardson so we can call it a draw I guess.
Anthony Richardson has a stronger arm than Levis. Is it more accurate? I don't know. More powerful? Absolutely. See above video for Richardson effortlessly throwing the ball 80 yards in the air. How many NFL QB's can do that now? Aside from maybe Josh Allen?
Richardson has a strong arm. There’s no one saying he doesn’t. But better includes velocity, release times and ability to throw off platforms too. Levis is the next tier when it comes to that.
No he doesn’t. Levis can throw it 80+ yds with ease as well. The scouts have said as much. He also has 40 yd lasers on deck too. Richardson has a strong arm, but it’s not Levis. Neither are Allen level
Top 3 and lightning quick? "Levis has incredible arm strength but he lacks the touch or ball speed on downfield passes. He struggles with the right amount of air under his deep passes." https://thedraftnetwork.com/sr-prospect/will-levis-aec7933d-f8e0-457b-a27f-f9951a585b87/ Great prospect, don't get me wrong. But doubt he's going to be top 3 in the NFL off the bat.
If he was 21 he probably would be. Regardless. I don’t want him over Young, Anderson or Carter. His arm is on par with Herbert with a quicker release. That’s a top 3 arm in the league. Doesn’t mean top 3 QB. Richardson would be top 5, pure power he’s on par with Levis and Herbert as well. The release and accuracy is the separation.
2. Bryce Young, QB | School: Alabama | Year: Junior Young is a very instinctual player with excellent accuracy and decision-making. However, his lack of bulk is a major concern and that makes his evaluation very difficult. If he can hold up physically, I believe he would fit in beautifully with some of the Texans' talented young pieces. 12. Joey Porter Jr., CB | School: Penn State | Year: Junior (RS) Porter Jr. has rare length and would pair with last year’s first-round pick, Derek Stingley Jr. (No. 3 overall), to give the Texans an outstanding CB duo. 1. Bears - Jalen Carter 3. Cardinals - Will Anderson 4. Colts - Will Levis — The tape for Levis is a roller-coaster ride. The strong-armed passer showed flashes of brilliance and the ability to avoid pressure and create; he also showed a penchant for turning the ball over (23 picks over his last two seasons). Colts GM Chris Ballard has always valued traits and upside. This pick just feels like a good gamble for Indianapolis. 9. Panthers - CJ Stroud — Sam Darnold put together some solid performances for the Panthers late in the season, but I still believe they will look to the draft to find their long-term solution at the position. Stroud is big, strong and accurate. He flashed some creativity and playmaking against Georgia, and that was a pleasant surprise for evaluators. 22. Ravens - Anthony Richardson
Levis will be 24 in Jun 2023... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Will_...born June 27,transferring to Kentucky in 2021.
