Prolonged tanking can do more harm than good! When Wall said certain things Green and KPJ are getting away with other teams would not allow.......you can't put the Genie back in the bottle.

@Nook - do you think Green is also a lost cause already (Porter is, which anyone except for his 6-7 fans knows)? Or do you think Green could fall in line and get serious once KPJ and Silas are removed from the team?

Do you think Green and Jabari will ever accept being no. 2 or 3 or 4 to Sengun (and possibly the no. 1 or 2 pick in the next draft)?

I have a hard time taking John Wall seriously, it seems like he always talks a big game but then eventually we find out it was all BS... like how he dedicated himself to becoming an awesome 3 point shooter... yet when he gets back he's the same low efficiency chucker he always was.

He just doesn't have the credibility to tell ANYONE how they should be playing or what they should be doing.

Everyone knows exactly what is happening here. The gamble is that the payoff will be worth all of the damage that happens along the way. I’m afraid it’s already too far gone. Wall is only confirming what we already know. They can’t continue nurturing all of the bad habits and expect them to just go away when it’s convenient for the organization. The lack of development is going to bite them in the ass when the kids grow up and become good players for someone else.

Lol now it makes since why Mobley, was one of many who refused to even WO for us. The public is just now catching on to how terrible this organization is. Wall hurt some feelings here I see. But it’s his truth. We deserve what we get…. They’d better hope the NBA doesn’t “investigate” what’s being done here, then again they may be in on it as well. As far as cap space lol what FA is gonna want to come to this clown show without being OVER paid. We are done fellas…. If you think KMJ is the only guy wanting out. You ain’t seen nothing yet.

Nah. This isn’t all Stone… Silas is an idiot as well and a coward. He hasn’t protected his players or been true to his convictions. There is a reason players don’t respect him.

So we’re royally fked is what I’m getting from all this? From owner to GM to coach to players. I don’t see an easy way out.

Fire Stone and Silas obviously needs to be the first of many steps. But I don’t have faith in Ferjitas.

I didn't care about 90% of the interview but him saying Silas told him the GM wants him to come off the bench and essentially be DNP for half the season is a pretty serious accusation that I doubt he would make up. Watching this season, does it not align with what we're seeing? We're seeing Sengun playing less than 30 mins sometimes, Jalen playing less than Eric Gordon. Unless you think Silas is purposely sabotaging the team, it's easy to believe what Wall is saying is true. Whether you want to take him serious or not, he's saying some things that are an absolute disaster and can actually push incoming free agents away. They're all seeing this.

Right and another point...John Wall just kind of renewed all of this because at the time there were already people in the Media talking about how crazy it was to sit John Wall.

He's not really adding any new fuel to the fire other than the part about Stone giving the order....But I think deep down everyone already knew that....

No one really believed that it was all Silas' idea with no input from the front office to have Wall sit for the year right?

So really, Wall didn't say anything here that people who have been paying attention don't already know.

KPJ being handed the job without earning it
The young players getting away with crap that they shouldn't be
Stone giving orders to bring Wall off the bench or Not play him

Anyone that looked at this team objectively the last 3 years knew that these were issues.

I can tell you with 100% certainty that Monte didn’t want the Rockets job because ownership made his life hell his last year in Houston. It was so bad he CHOOSE to work with the Kings owner.

It is embarrassing for the Franchise to keep losing, no direction, and now Wall is speaking out now. I think Silas needs to leave but Stone needs a good trade season, hope we get a 1st or 2nd pick and throw money to veterans who can shoot. Stone did great to get draft picks, getting Sengun and having over 60 million to spend this summer. We need to stop featuring KPJ but feature Sengun and Green. 11 game losing streak...five more games to lose and Silas will be pushed out.

I was under impression that Wall was being professional and did what was best for the team (which ideally was to develop the rookies), but it turns out that front office did ask him to play for 10 minutes off the bench (I'm guessing so that they could shop him) in what appears to be a rather unprofessional way (using middle men) and then simply ran him off.

And now that I think about it, yeah it seems faulty to think what I was thinking. Because, if John Wall is such a professional, then why not have him play a role of a mentor on the team? So the team better come out and fling some dirt at John Wall saying that he was too much of a distraction to have a positive mentor-like impact on the team.

The PR from this is just hard to take. And it's not like fans can make the owner relinquish the team. If you thought Knicks fan base had it bad due to dysfunctional front office, we can potentially be in for an even crappier experience if the organization is not run well (ie professionally and with good accountability). That's the take away I had, anyway.

No, I don’t think Green is a lost cause but it can become a problem down the line.

    Jabari isn’t a problem.

John Wall is beyond washed though, he hasn't been a starting caliber player since the 2016-2017 season.... why would he start or even play when you have younger better options?

Right now Jalen Green has been embarrassing inefficient... but Jalen Green's current TS% would be the second highest of John Wall's career.

Listening to him would be like listening to a worse Westbrook.

Let's be honest, Silas drew harden away. He wanted harden to be less ball dominant.

His abilities on the court literally have nothing to do with what he's saying.
