The difference is that Lin was never anywhere remotely as good as Sengun. Not the same potential.

4 of the 6 KPJ fans?

    I don't think so.

There is no such thing as a KPJ Stan - we are all just Rocket fans with different viewpoints.

Him labeling people is exactly what I was talking about - very 1930s Hitler. Divide, point fingers at THEM and call them a DIFFERENT NAME - it is junior high BS.

I am not labeling anyone....just saying we should stop with the BS.

Sorry you are so sensitive or unable to grasp simple concepts.

You’re really stretching the definition of SOF here. But given your definition, what you’re saying makes a lot more sense.

They gotta understand there’s many people that are fans of this team only bc of Sengun, and they’ll follow him if he goes to a different team. Nobody is a fan of the rockets bc of KPJ. Some of us just like his talent and what he can bring to the table. That’s the difference

I'm able to grasp the funny side of someone calling out people for something they do on the regular. Yes.

And if KPJ Stan's did not exist, this conversation would not be happening.

    Comprehend much?

There are two regular posters (and a few occasionally posting) who are in the forum because of Sengun. Kind of strange to see people talk as if there are 100 of us. Well, maybe not so much depending on the stuff posted in the kpj threads.

First of all, those numbers are off.... but even if we go along with them, it's kind of like asking why we pay so much attention to the relatively small number of bowel cancer cells when there are so many other kinds of cells in the body.

I would argue that most on here that do not want kpj as pg, are the concerned Rockets fans who can clearly see that this experiment is hindering the development of the other youngsters
w/ small minority of those that actually hate kpj for his past behaviors

Folks that want sengun to b the offensive hub, are comprised of said concerned rockets fans who wants the best playmaker/passer to control the offense w/ sengun only fans

Those that want kpj as the pg are kpj only fans and folks coping at the loss of harden.

We drafted a pg and have sengun, who is clearly the better passer/more creative playmaker yet the org is insistence on forcing a guy who never played pg to learn it on the fly while making the other youngsters learn to adapt to this weird project.

While it's true that I was being somewhat disrespectful to bowel cancer by comparing it to player only fans, I think it would understand under the circumstances.

LOL - you lose on the messaging and can't do anything but attack the messenger because you personally don't like the message.

    Weak.

KPJ is a good player and is developing fine, and some Rox fans just don't like that......or think it is good for the team - oh well.....they will come around....or they will stay miserable watching the team up to each one.

Nah, I just have grown bored of the meaningless back and forth as well was the **** coach we put out game after game, season after season. I will say this, any time I end up on the opposite side of an argument with you, I feel pretty comfortable I will end up right. Keep fighting your weak petty fights and delusions that you are not a closet KPJ Stan and that you are important enough to have hater though. It’s always good for a big laugh.

    KPJ as a rookie: 16.7 TO%, 95 TS+
    KPJ as a 4th year player: 17.0 TO%, 95 TS+

Gosh I wish that was the only metric that mattered, then it would be so easy for the feeble minded like yourself to simply stand up and go THERE....but it isn't, and it never will be.

Keep it simple though...keep it simple.

Keeping the ball safe and shooting well are apparently not critical traits in the world of DD for a PG (KPJ’s term for his role). That should tell folks everything.

I'd be really happy to see a tougher coach force KPJ off the ball, where he has the potential to be a really valuable player. Sengun should control the offense. (That will not be with Silas...)

I am basically done assessing our own players until we get some competent leadership in place. The NBA is a difficult place for a youngster to live, I can't imagine how difficult that life is in this organization right now. In my opinion, we currently have a ton of high-level talent. Please lord don't let some sniping GM from another team take our guys before we (hopefully) right this ship.

It is time for Tilman to open the f'ing wallet and bring in some big guns. Kenny Atkinson, Jeff Van Gundy, Quin Snyder, Frank Vogel. I don't give a ****. But bring in someone with a nutsack and a plan and it will be an improvement.
