Alright, let me explain it to you. Raw wins and losses dont say anything about a perosn's playoff career. Its a TEAM GAME. Its the same thing as the "RANGZ"argument Shaq uses.

Lol well here's the deal man, MOST players play worse in the playoffs and that includes the all time greats(yes even KD and Curry). Yea like most he gets worst in the playoffs but he's STILL an elite level player in the playoffs and still at level fitting of a great player(and the numbers BACK THAT UP). Which goes against your CLEARLY WRONG NARRTIVE not backed by the numbers. .

Hopefully I have made myself clear.

being clear and being wrong are not mutually exclusive.

just like harden putting up solid stats in the playoffs but not carrying the load commiserate with his role as team leader.

    Im not wrong though.

He did carry the load? What do you mean? You think just because he had bad games(which EVERY Superstar has) he hasnt done so? Give me a break dude. People just ignore his good games and focus on his bad ones, just totally narrative arguments.

man - do yourself a favor and take off your harden colored glasses. I’m done with this convo. The argument of his deteriorating play especially in elimination games has already been successfully illustrated multiple times by NBA analysts including all the guys you watch on TNT.

The problem is that no one remembers the really great games he has had in the playoffs but instead all the close out games where he has not gone down fighting.
    • Game 5 vs Warriors in 2015
    • Game 5 (4th and OT) and Game 6 vs Spurs in 2017
    • Game 6 against Clippers 2015 (despite his pretty good game 7, despite FG being subpar)
    • Game 7 vs Warriors 2018
These games unfortunately stick out like a ****ing sore thumb. I so badly want him to win a championship to get these losers off his back and give him the respect he deserves. He's had some great playoff moments as well and carried us to several series wins. Hell that 2015 series against the Warriors he did his damn best to keep us in it so that game 5 is so upsetting since that's not the Harden you saw that playoff series.

Lol. Stats across the board are down while superstars take their game to another level. But you say otherwise. Shrivels like a penis in cold water during elimination games and you acquiesce.

does he play well in the first round? Sure. You got me there bro. Well - except for last year.

Almost all stars numbers are worse in the playoffs then the regular season, why are you making up nonsense just to hate? What’s the point?

I just told you that superstars also get worse in the playoffs as well. I say otherwise because I pay attention, I have the numbers and the context. Very cute analogy bro. Hey did you know that playoff games ARE MORE THAN ELIMINATION games....did you know...that THEY ALL MATTER.

Lol oh now its he doesnt play well in the second round, alright cool man, have a nice day.

because harden historically does not get anywhere near the same foul calls in the playoffs that past hof guards get.. Like west, jordan, kobe and wade. None of them saw a huge drop from regular season to playoffs when it came to their free-throw rate like harden gets. When teams know they can foul you and be physical with you and get away with it, they will continue to do it. What makes matters worse is that whenever harden decides he wants to play defense and be physical back the same refs give his opponents cheap fouls

Harden playing well brings out serious rage in some people.

Is anyone denying he’s had truly embarrassing playoff games?

Doc is an idiot for playing him so many damn minutes. I can't believe he's playing 37 MPG. Only saving grace is that he was able to rest while out with his injury earlier this year.

Unfortunately they would have probably lost it if he didn’t play down the stretch. He was again carrying them offensively and was creating ton of points. The problem is they literally don’t have another playmaker on that team. Not one.

I gotta handed it to Harden, nearly every regular season he kills it... Dude is a straight baller when it don't count. I don't think I've ever seen a more dominant regular season player, dude is a walking stat machine. He just produces.
