man.. why this tank turn the corner like that? lol!!

 

Rockets owner was in the game. Even if he is the Head Tank Commander, I am sure he should be still upset the way our rotation was handled tonight.
I cannot understand why Jabari, KMJ and Sengun were kept out of the game for such long periods of time.
Kawhi played the entire third quarter. Last week Lebron played against Hawks and next night on the road against Kings.
Players need good consistent minutes to perform better IMO - Jabari stays out of the game way too much and so does Sengun.

 

Apart from the 4th quarter coaching, the team was one of the most enjoyable I have seen this year. And should ring a bell in everyone who has not questioned our guard play, defense and not mixing up the second and first units.

Well i think that part was always over rated. He still got scored on. Especially in the post because he isn't tall

 

I can’t come up with anything to help me understand why Nix led the team in minutes played while providing essentially nothing in return. How is that possible? And I’m not anti Nix like most people. I still like him as a project, but that was about as useless of a game as you’ll ever see, and nobody got more minutes? That’s inexcusable.

 

thats because you dont understand power and effects of accumulated playing time and practice over long time spans and being dedicated to detail and not wasteful

PT is gold, you dont waste it like that with your best, youngest and most talented player!

 

To force public to believe that KPJ is irreplaceable. No KPJ, take Nix then.

 

The game is shown again that Alpi is a triple double machine under a decent coach.His 15/8/6 would be easily 22/12/10 in a different format.

nix was just suffocating alpi all the time with his redundant ball handling to prevent point alpi to shine in LA!

 

and hes doing it all effortlessly and playfully while being held back by th coach, management and teammates.... and the (r)effs !

 

Other than my disgust with the 4th quarter rotations, they played well.
Lost count on how many games the other team shoots over 40% from 3s, hitting 14 of them while the Rockets shoot 22%. Can't play in this era and suck at the three.

Jabari in the open court was flying while dribbling! making the correct reads, 2 assists. Continues to get better at that. Should have had a 3rd one if Moonshine doesn't brick it from the side of the backboard. geesh.

Sengun, again, the ball movement was crisp everyone was looking for him to initiate the offense. A little too high on the TOs but 1 was an offensive foul on the PnR when he was picking up his shorts and not paying attention. And two more where Nix didn't even bother to pick up the ball on the dribble hand off.


Kevin Martin is good for us, needs to start. He has chemistry with everyone.
