There are literally only two things to be excited about for the remainder of this Rockets season: 1) the NBA slam dunk contest with KMJ; and 2) Silas’ dominance of the all-time NBA record for most losses ever by a coach with 200+ games. That’s it….wishing them both success in their future endeavors!
Nah, the award of being the worst coach in NBA history is exciting too. BUT HEY, at least he got a youtube video about how ready he is to coach
Watching Smith develop offensively is one you missed, I believe him to be the most talented player on the roster. His combination of defense, rebounding, and scoring will be elite in a few years.
Probably zero chance he’s the worst coach in history, or even close. There’s just no difference to me between 20 wins or 40. I’d rather win 20
He's already the top 4 if you cut down to coaches with 100+ games https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask/wh...percentage-in-nba-history-more-than-100-games
This would be legit if every coach had the exact same talent…..he has never coached even ONE average starter
The new rules for the draft are a joke. I understand trying to eliminate obvious tanking but to have the worst team in the league not get the #1 pick at all for all 4 years of the new rules is ridiculous. If the Rockets get the worst record again and still don't get the top pick this year, it would be a travesty. I honestly think the Rockets get the #1 this year and pick Wemba
That's why I think to save face he'll have to have them get the #1 pick, otherwise it'll expose the system as a failure
