You can’t have it both ways dude….whining about us playing 3rd pick Jabrari Smith and then telling everyone on site how great and wonderful Silas is because he purposely is losing to get us likely another 3rd pick in a kid like Amen (who shoots 20% threes). We’re not the NFL where the team gets rewarded for tanking. NBA has a lottery to prevent getting the first pick for tanking.
If they miss shots that's not Silas' fault. If they have no PG because Stone wants KPJ to play PG, that's not Silas' fault. But the defense? After they drafted Tari and Jabari? Have to put that on Silas.

I don't think some of you comprehend the fact that Fertitta, Stone & Silas are three peas in a pod on this "vision of the future." They have said that winning doesn't matter this season, all they care about is the development of individual players. Record is irrelevant. Silas is safe. Stone is safe. No one is going to do anything at all .... except play out the string. Stone not trading EG isn't such a bad thing. He might need to be gone but you don't take a bad deal to make that happen and that's all that's been offered - bad deals with bad contracts attached. You can't have it both ways.
Good post I'd take a good deal with a bad contract tho (bonus if the guy can rehab value here and is a potential fit) I wonder how much action they will take to prevent winning though/ have been taking

I wanna see guys grow but it seem like this team is burnt out because of coach Silas. You can see it in the body language.
No coach winning with this roster … folks who think so -like to ignore the development in the players game. Young team so when the damn cracks it breaks 9x out of 10. Can’t shoot… can’t keep getting outscored by 15-20 points at 3pt line and missing FTs Skills/Talent issues
I looked up the definition of job security in the Webster’s dictionary….it said keeping your job after achieving the worst record in NBA history and then continually losing game after game after game.
Looking ahead at the schedule, if we lose that home game against Charlotte, that’ll bring the losing streak to 12 games. 17 Ls in the last 18 games. Predicting that’ll be when Silas gets canned. Next winnable game after that isn’t until 1/28 @DET
