I think both cases are blown out of proportion but this is we are at for some reason. I don't see one case being ok and the other felonious like you do but then again, I don't own a medical device company. The results of these inquiries will be interesting without a doubt.

They are never going to understand this. Had Trump turned over the requested documents there would have been no warrant to be enforced by the FBI. Biden's team found the documents and as soon as they did they turned them over. Well I am sure they understand this, they just like being shills for their orange overlord. I saw the Biden quote talking about how he keeps his corvette locked up again this morning. My head hurts from rolling my eyes so much. Biden throughout his career has said a lot of dumb things this is up there.

There's ZERO evidence of anything being top secret. Also the material were found to be in a UNOPENED box that were packed from his aids from the VP office. None of it was obamas memos but specifically memos designated to the VP. You're suppose to turn over anything you find to the doj which is why his lawyers handed over the docs the SAME DAY.
