The documents found were found locked up in his garage. Again you can keep making **** up that you heard on Newsmax and it doesn't make any of it true. *None of the documents found were top secret* while trump literally had top secret nuclear information in the top shelf of his desk. None of the documents were "unsecured." The biden team literally notified the intel committee about the documents. You can keep stretching the truth and none of it makes it true.

The funny thing is Biden's team self-reported all of this. The National Archives didn't ask for it years ago. Seriously his team could have seen the documents, shredded them, and no one would have known a damn thing about this. (I am not advocating this should have been done.) The ONLY reason anyone knows now is because Biden's team reported it. If Trump would have returned all the documents REQUESTED to begin with nothing would have ever been said about him having them.

I think it’s absolutely the right move for AG Garland to appoint a special counsel for this. That Biden is cooperating is good but this is pretty serious they multiple caches of documents are showing up. It’s in the best interest for the country to have a thorough and independent investigation.
Biden's lawyers voluntarily notified the DOJ in November that the documents were found. They were NEVER requested
And this is why Garland has appointed a special counsel. I would support the FBI taking a more aggressive role including issuing search warrants if it appears that Biden isn’t cooperating. At the moment we’re not there yet but this is being investigated.
