What most trumpers don't understand is trump is not under investigation for having documents. He's unded investigation for OBSTRUCTING and MOVING the documents AFTER the government requested them. Bidens team gave up whatever they found right away. The national archives sent certied letter to trump requesting the documents and his LAWYER gave an affidavit stating it was returned. There's witness and video footage of trump actually moving documents AFTER the feds requested the documents. It's just amazing how brainwashed and dumb the Maga crowd really is. This is why these morons have never won a election fraud lawsuit in a courtroom. It's easy to spin conspiracies to low iq folks online.

Brainwashed trumpers seem to think trump is under investigation cuz he had classified docs. He had classified documents AFTER he left white house and his lawyers returned "85 %" of it. The fbi never opened a investigation for simply having those 85% documents. He got in trouble AFTER people at marlargo reported him moving the documents and showing others the top secret ones. I can see where during a move out of the White House can be chaotic and you have people packing your stuff up and some classified files get accidently put in a box and then you don't find them for months, I totally get it. But when your asked to give them back and you dont and you OBSTRUCT the DOJ then I don't feel sorry for you. After all this I wouldn't doubt that maybe Bush or any ex prez has a few here and there and possibly haven't seen them even unpacked..............my issue is really the chain of command to return them after you look at them. I assume there is a record of it being checked out, but then no one checks to ensure its returned?
You're missing the part where trump moved the documents to a different room and hid them AFTER the national archives requested them. Also nothing found in the biden residence had top secret marking which trump had numerous docs of. The classification system in America is a joke and the government hides too much from us. That doesn't excuse you from cooperating with the government when they ask for it back.

He's in trouble for obstruction Because numerous witness gave affidavits to the fbi that he was moving and sharing top secret documents. The fbi then found the documents where the witness claimed he moved them too. This was AFTER his lawyer gave an affidavit stating trump had no more documents. No matter how many conspiracies you listen to in Newsmax it won't change the substance of the case.
