There isn't a need to trust her what she's saying is clear enough for a blind man to see. This organization is in shambles.
It wouldn't - in this scenario - be about Caserio's effectiveness, per se. It would be McNair ensuring his GM and head coach are on the same page. Keep in mind, the most successful stretch of Texans' football was Kubiak selecting Smith. To me - I mean, it can vary... but I really think the head coach is more important than the GM.
Maybe, maybe not…but Caserio definitely did not exude his usual confidence yesterday. Something is definitely not right.
Barf @ Leslie Frazier. I mean, if Cal wants to lose any dignity or pride that he may somehow have around the league, as well as the remaining handful of fans that go to the games on Sunday, that's who he'd hire. I can't believe I'm typing this, but here's who I think is the perfect coach for all parties involved: Jim Harbaugh. (Not who I want, I just think he's a good fit for all parties involved)
I would prefer Ryans and Caserio work together rather than give the keys to the organization to a 38 year old who has never been a HC. Don’t get me wrong Ryans may be a great head coach he just hasn’t earned the right to call the shots.
