"Even if Turner might not be better player than Sengun, he is probably more useful.."
You quote this one and I wonder "who is the person thinks he will be more useful"? You?
You value players with your archaic 1st,2nd,3rd,... approach and it seems that you believe that Turner is better player than Sengun even not supported by the facts& figures and hope to convince sane minds. No way.
I follow Pacers also. When Carlisle was asked about Turner's defensive deficencies he replied:as: "We have not got better defensive players but have system defense".
So, you want to replace one of the brightest prospect of the league with someone can not grab rebounds, can not pass because you think he might be (not certain) better useful.
    Funny.

Not sure what confuses you here. Draymond is not a better player than Embiid, but he is more useful to GSW than Embiid would be.

By that analogy, Turner would be more useful to Rockets right now than Sengun, because with three ball handlers, they value spacing more than creation from their center position.

That doesn't mean Turner is better than Sengun, which I never said, but you keep putting those words in my mouth anyway. Not sure why you get all defensive about this topic. If you keep your emotions out of it, it could be a good debate.

agreed that Turner isn’t an amazing rebounder but he’s a much better defender and shooter. Jabari, Sengun, and Turner would be an amazing front court rotation if you could keep them together for 3 or 4 yrs.

Sign me up for getting him, but don’t have anything to trade.

No need to trade Turner now. We have a chance to draft Wanbenyama. If we draft him, Wanbenyama, Jabari, Sengun, Garuba would be enough.

We have to focus on our backcourt. KPJ, Jalen, EG lack of defense. Defense starts from backcourt. It's obvious we would keep Jalen. So We need to trade KPJ and EG, and get more experienced defensive backcourt players.

And also draft this guy (6'10", 7'4" wing-span A.Bona of UCLA) with late Bucks pick as PF back-up:

You should by now that these SOFs are emotional when it comes to their guy. MT is better than Sengun right now bc he’s a plus on both sides of the ball. Sengun is 20 and has a lot of unknown upside.
