I think Caserio doesn’t want to draft Bryce Young, that’s why we’re hearing rumors he might get fired.

Also, partly we're hearing rumors because he kind of deserves it.

I mean, unless the plan was to rebuild without tanking, the evaluation of Caserio can only really start after the Watson trade.

Nah. If he hired these last two coaches, he deserves to go.

Probably a good call. He is a top tier candidate, no need to settle for this job.

Big IF... I think it probably was gonna be Gannon last year, but then the Flores stuff came out and the Texans turned to Lovie.

On a positive note, the annual HC search has been way more entertaining than any of the games.

It won't be Demeco -- full stop. Go for the brilliant offensive mind.

I can’t remember seeing anything like this. Historically there have been worst franchises but this is easily the worst run team in all of pro sports right now.

We can't keep firing everyone at the end of every crappy year, at some point a coach isn't going to want to even come here. Lovie wasn't going to get another head coaching job, Cully was just a stop gap measure...............so what now, who the heck wants to come to this dumpster fire. I`m losing my trust in Nick but I guess we have to ride this out. I am just sick, and seeing Cooks out there playing well after what he did this year almost made me lose my friggin mind and we owe him 18 million for next year.

I bet they won’t even interview Harbaugh or Payton. Caserio will not hire the best coach, he’ll hire someone that he’s comfortable with like Gannon.

Top tier candidates aren’t going to waste their time interviewing here.

Broncos are going to interview Harbaugh and Payton and they’re in an even worse situation than the Texans.

Gave a max contract to a declining QB who also cost them multiple first round draft picks.. think Browns with Watson if the team was half as good and Watson was 7 years older…

People should be more optimistic. Texans will have a cap space to sign players and they'll have high draft picks in the next 2 years. The incoming coach can have his pick of players he wants to draft. I don't think the Texans job is all that bad right now for any incoming coach.

The Texans definitely do need to be more serious and convincing about it, meaning no ego hires. Don't get a coach that are obvious lame ducks (Cully and Lovie has always been that). This could be quick turnaround. They'll have to be major players in free agency though.

Atleast Texans aren't the the Broncos who has an overpaid over the hill QB, no decent draft picks, or cap space.
