Bingo!! I believe thats Anderson with Carter right on his heels.. if that’s the case why would it be crazy to think the Bears just don’t take one of them? And what do you know.. it’s a need for them as well on defense
Sources say the Texans are taking CJ Stroud with the #2 pick. Sources say the Texans are leaning towards whoever is available between Will Anderson and Jalen Carter. Sources say the Texans really like and are strongly considering Bryce Young. Sources say the Texans are highly impressed by Will Levis. New coach wants ______ but Caserio wants ______. Texans are now following _____ on twitter/instagram. Texans are privately meeting with ______. Stroud seen house shopping in The Woodlands. Young seen at The Galleria. Anderson rumored to be buying in River Oaks. Carter seen with a realtor in Katy. And then the underwear Olympics/workouts will come and some will oooh and ahhh and “We gotta take _____.” and ignore the previous 2-3-4 years body of work.
I know Jamyhr Gibbs is a pipe dream, but he owns a 4:32 40 and has been compared to Alvin Kamara. Wish... Blake Corum is also another interesting guy - has been compared to MJD.
Now that the Colts secured the 4th pick, I don't think the bears would risk going below 3rd pick. Who knows what the Texan's draft board is like... they could go defense along with Seattle and just like that Bears are out of the top 2 defensive game-changers if they trade with Indy.
Gibbs would be great, I also like Achane a lot so would be fine with either. But who knows now. 2.32 just became 2.34 behind at least one team that could use a running back… so dumb.
Now watch them trade back to colts at #4 for an extra 1st round and a couple 2nd rounders and still get either jalen Carter or will Anderson.
If only the Texans can convince Duggan to grow a beard, carry a 2x4, waive the American flag, shout Hoooooo, and fallowed it up with a USA chant . That would be the QB need for the future.

How much would it cost for the Texans to trade up from #2 to #1? The Browns 2024 1st? Whatever the answer, that is the amount of value the Texans threw away to win a meaningless game hours before firing the head coach responsible for the win. Baffling levels of incompetence even if your content picking at #2. Potentially drafting your franchise QB cornerstone isn't a decision to take lightly and isn't an area to get content taking the second choice "good enough" option when you literally had the first choice locked up.
