Correct it’s just the latest bad decision in a long line of bad decisions made by inept management over the course of 20 years. They’re just a poorly run org. I don’t blame the players for trying to win. I don’t blame lovie. I blame cal more than anyone. Dude is a ****ing biscuit. I’m not necessarily sold on any qb in the draft although I wouldn’t be mad if they took one with their first. To me it’s just the value difference between the the 1 and 2 picks. It limits your options and for the fans it was literally all we’ve had to root for the past 2 seasons. It’s just more terrible decision making.
Nah, Cal was ****ing pissed. He went down to the field to console players when it appeared it was a loss but after that td he snatched his son by the collar and headed for the exit. I don't even think he saw the 2 point conversion
If I was Chicago I'd do it and trade down a couple picks and take their 2nd round pick round pick too, and next year's 1st and second round picks.
The Bears know they’ll be able to still get him at #3 (Colts) as they just have to out-savvy the idiotic Houston Texans with leaks, rumors, and scare tactics. Colts will give up an extra 3rd round pick and a pick next year and it will be enough. Then the Bears will let Caserio know and Cal will make him trade the Browns first round pick to move up 1 spot. Just watch… entirely predictable… and laughable at the same time.
For all those that are still fans, I hope this hurts to the level of losing a Superbowl or NBA Finals on a last second shot. I hope it hurts to the point where you liberate yourself from this idiotic franchise. Why put yourself through the suffering? You know the ownership is incompetent. Direct your anger to yourself.
I would like to point out we blew it in the first ever 17 game season. In a 16 game season we would have had the first pick theoretically. Typical...
Here's the difference between being a miserable Texans fan who scoffs at the franchise and a self-proclaimed former fan who scoffs at the franchise.
What??? LOL. How would this even come close to losing a Superbowl or NBA Finals? It's not like we played a good team. I actually expected a win.
