It's so strange as GOP try to portray congress as broken and inefficient. The last congress (117th congess) was literally the most productive congress in decades. It produced more bipartisan landmark legislation than any congress in the past 4 decades. Congress isn't broken. The republican party is broken. Period. The right can't admit that they can't govern for ****. Trump while was president was never able to pass any legislation other than a 2t tax cut that benefited the top 5%. It's just amazing how so many utter morons in this nation think Republicans are against the elite and deep state when they're only achievement was giving the elites a multi trillion tax cut.

That's a cheap shot. Democrats are capable of laughing at the Republican extremist lunacy going on and being deeply concerned about the harm the GOP is doing to our country at the same time. I certainly am. As for the "take note, losers," you're describing yourself, as well as the political party with the only chance of getting done the progressive issues you and I support. The entire country lost when Democrats lost control of the House. Having said that, the reason the disturbing Republican comedy in the House is going on at all is due to the Democratic Party doing vastly better in the midterms than anyone predicted. I would describe that outcome as a win for democracy, and while not the outcome I wanted, not the result I feared.
