Absolutely on RCV. Elections have consequences and this time, Americans might just actually feel what that means. I'm going to push back on one thing. DEM house didn't *pretend* to care to govern. They actually did govern, were pragmatic, and got a lot done. Doing the mundane boring thing to inch forward. It's not any leap, like M4A that was never possible with the Senate in the way with their 60-vote threshold. You may think that's why they lost the House, but I actually think it's why they almost won the House. If the House was held hostage by some fire-breathing extreme progressive minority that refuses to get anything through unless they have exactly what they wanted, far less would have been done and the DEM would have lost both the House and the Senate. I would love to see M4A.

I should clarify: RCV would have avoided this either by being the process for electing the speaker OR if we used it to elect our representatives (it would absolutely wash out most if not all of the crazies from both parties in Congress)
