I like Lucas but he’s not head coaching material. Did it before and wasn’t good at it. He’s a good assistant though.

 

Finishing at the rim comes from spacing - none of our C’s create that. It’s why even KPJ and Green layups are high difficulty

like I said you watch the game he came back in and missed 3 3’s - remove those and he’s 3-7 but he was 6-8 from the line.

 

They were literally missing their generational talent and another all-star.

 

New low point. They were missing Zion and BI

 

Glad I skipped the game. Another L, another game with low minutes for Sengun, another game of poor shooting for Jalen. At least KMJ played well.

Oh well. One step closer to Wemby, and I think it's safe to say we've reclaimed our status as "worst ****ing team in the league."

 

Unwatchable nonsense

 

The more you playing in Rockets, the worse your shooting becomes.

Jalen and Jabari's shooting get worse as they play more games.

I don't know why. Shooting coach sucks or no shooting practice at all?

 

I know we're trying to tank but what's sad is I think, we're actually trying to win. #FML #YOLO

 

Coach didn't matter, we always do this. start slow and then try and fight back

 

We're down 20 because we picked a 6'4 guard with the 2nd pick. Give everyone else a few years to figure it out.

 

Practice and games are a lot different. In practice you get 50 shots in a row, you don't get that in games

 

We are rebuilding, not tanking...................people got to get this tanking myth out of their head. You are always going to have teams at the bottom of a comp. You are not choosing to lose, you are just not good enough

 

You may have noticed that Josh Christopher did not play significant minutes.

 

This is the play that got Alpi benched. Lol Look at Lucas reaction. Alpi just didn't have his bread and butter tonight, the hustle rebounds. Usually he can get rebounds over leading rebounders. Bo Cruz's bro did that.
Offensively, he got his shots. You shoot you miss but it was the sure dunk that was blocked from behind. Definitely no awareness tonight.

Now if we could hold everybody else accountable.


The not being able to make threes while shooting so many and having the opposition go off from threes is probably the most frustrating part.

 

As less and less folks stop watching, may I like to remind u that there were plenty of folks here sprouting stupid nonsense like I would rather watch us lose playing team ball than watch harden dribble dribble playing iso ball.


We are gonna b losing this whole season. Hopefully we get wemby or scoot to make this suffering worth it.

 

This. And even if front office is trying to tank, young players trying to make their name and earn generational wealth are NOT playing bad on purpose.

 

The best thing about watching these Rockets games, is how they've incorporated the free-throw line mid range jumper for Jabari, after realising getting him going from there is money.

Oh wait that's right, this coaching staff goes away and actively avoids things which work. This is just another example of it.

Silas made just as many coaching decisions tonight than he does in full games he's not ejected from. I wish there was a joke in that somewhere.

I'm pretty sure this was in the midst of 3 plays in quick succession the Pelicans got easy buckets from because KPJ's player waltzed right past him into the key.

But nah, KPJ is apparently a superstar and can never be pulled up on the numerous things he does wrong each game. I wonder the conversation Tilman or Patty boy had with the coaching staff after last season when KPJ cried all the way home at halftime for being treated like a grown up, obviously they were told to treat him like you would any toddler.

I don't know how many times I've said it. KPJ is karma for Tilman.
