I feel like it's inevitable that @Mr.Scarface will at least get an interview.

I'll turn this Mother****er around. I draft GREAT in my Madden League franchise and build the Texans up every Madden.

We would win atleast 8 games in my first season, with an outside chance at the playoffs.

If the players you draft aren’t good, you can just edit their ratings. Win-win.

Tepper has the resources and balls to make a decision quickly if he finds his guy. Their defense is a selling point.

Sure, but that has no matter to year-by-year decisions.

Every NFL owner can spend whatever they want on whatever annual coaching staff...and player payroll

    Personal wealth means nothing.

    Buck,
Player payroll is limited by the salary cap last time I checked. As for paying coaches you're spot on, but look at the Top 10 for 2023 and tell me which one isn't like the others... https://www.wolfgangsport.com/highest-paid-nfl-coaches/

Lovie was put in a bad position and Lovie is a bad coach. Both can be true

this team is terrible. no talent, badly run franchise. No one was gonna win with this roster. Same applied to Culley

Lovie's coaching is also outdated, stale, and uninteresting. A coach that isn't forward thinking is backward moving.
