Feel sorry for Jabari. He plays hard and seems to want to play the right way, yet he has to play with KPJ who is selfish, and to some extent I feel Jalen is too, but not as much as KPJ. KPJ should've been benched for some of his shots, IMO, but there doesn't seem to be any accountability.

The first half was actually almost fun to watch with all of the team-ball being played but in the second half it went back to the over-dribbling and hero-shots by the usual culprits, KPJ and Green.

First half the guards were utilizing sengun who in turn was giving players and Smith ez looks at the basket. Then as usual isoball and hero mode takes over in the second and folks got phased out

Fully agree! I enjoyed watching the first half; ball movement was great and the way rockets played was fun. I think AL P had a huge impact on the ball movement in the first half.

2nd half; kpj and Jalen iso game again and we blew the 18 point lead. Sengun comes back in but the team chemistry is already lost at that point.

In my eyes, eye test says whenever sengun was on the court, rockets were a stronger team. When he was out, there was no structure.

Do you notice that 70% of all the game forum entries are about AL P?

Again nobody is talking about Jalen 29.5 FG%...

This community really needs to enrich the game analysis beyond al p.

jalen needs to work with alpi on his post moves and back to the basket game...needs to add hookshots and mini hooks...its the fun staff...or even with hakeem...alpi is all about savvyness while jalens game is all gambling and settling for jumpers...i hope being around alpi will help him with that..

bet you any money in a few years given good health of course he could be a goat contender... has a crazy athleticism but little to no savvy...

if you miss shots you missed...i am never rooting for wins just for effort, team play and high iq play.... i am happy with alpis FT shooting this year...didnt look the stat recently but imho it returned to % he got in europe somewhere in between 75% and 80%

another thing of notice is he rarely ever played in the clutch in the past 2 years so of course hed be shaky there...its expected...

it just goes to prove silas was absurdly wrong all the time for not giving him PT time and opportunity to learn and develop because he had to develop daniel theis, david nwaba and other scrubs

this is why tanking never works... talent infusion is never a problem in the first place...everyone is talented in nba...the management/coaching is... you may infuse talent forever and still end up with being the worst team....

i can agree with that...harden also had this problem, hed get fouled in the clutch(see the famous boston game with tony brothers ) and would flop so hard so he never had the chance to recover the ball if the ref failed to blow the whistle, so we end up losing the possession, opponents would score on the other end and we lose...if he just didnt flop hed be able to save the ball even after the ref missed the call and wed win....

because he rarely ever played in the clutch in the last 2 years... and people told me its silasses job to develop players and hes a doing a great job?

so why it was more important to develop danuel house, danuel theis, david nwaba ? where are these people now anyway LOL

Imagine the level of incompetence, malpractice and not giving a **** about development and giving a valuable clutch experience to your best and youngest player?

I tuned in to watch the game and immediately saw KPJ take 3 selfish shots back to back possessions, 2 3-point bricks and 1 crashing into the paint for a turnover. I turned that **** off real quick.
