I’m also curious about his relationship to the victims. Was it random? That’s pretty effed up to target 4 random strangers and ballsy to go into their apartment at night not knowing if they would be awake/armed etc.
It seems like a rather personal act to stand over someone and stab them with a knife. Something likely happened with someone in that house. My opinion is he was rejected by one of the girls maybe even that night in a bar or something. And, he followed them back to the house. Or, he could have attended a party there in the past. As far as the two who weren't slain, it was probably just dumb luck or maybe he had enough at four people? Or, possibly thought all the bedrooms were upstairs.
Sounds Iike a Dateline episode. Loner goes to a bar. Tries to chat up a girl out of his league. She rebuffs him. He can’t take the rejection. Follows her home.
This entire story sounds like a movie or crime show I would watch on TV. Sort of makes me wonder about the **** I watch, TBH.

His reddit post is what amazes me most. I think he just wanted to know what it felt like to commit a crime/murder and got carried away with his sick obsession. I mostly want to know the series of events that happened in the house. That's fishy to me.
He's a budding (or perhaps accomplished but caught) serial killer. The arrogance of waiving his extradition hearing says a lot.
