On Jabari's development .... Sengun - scoring 38% more points than last season. shooting .074 points better than last season - that's an improvement of 15% year over year. increased rebounding volume 5.5-8.7 36% improvement in rebounding year over year. Jalen Green increased his scoring 4 points over last season - 19% year over year improvement. Playmaking - a 27% improvement in assist totals over last season. Last season Green couldn't run a pick and roll to save his life, this season he and Sengun look like a well oiled machine running the set together. Last season Garuba couldn't get out from under the last chair at the end of the bench - this season he's contributing. But development .... Myth dispelled .... or shall I continue??
I get it. When guys want to be traded, and they don't, sometimes their games suffers. But do they all realize the worse they play, the harder it is to trade them? Every part of his games has regressed since the first month of the season. FG% has gone from 47.7% in October to 36.2% in December. Pts/Gm 14.7 to 9.9. https://www.espn.com/nba/player/splits/_/id/3431/eric-gordon
Waited to long. His value has significantly dropped as opposed to last year when it was pretty solid given the year he had. That was an outlier and he has comeback to the norm for him. Stone botched it
At this point I don't even care what we get for him. He brings no value to the team I just want him gone.
Gordon should have at least made the game tonight competitive. He was absolutely terrible. They need to just sit him until the trade deadline where hopefully he’s traded or released.
He's only hurting his value by playing. He looks so bad. I would sit him until he can get traded. If he can't, cut him.
im not convinced he can get a first rounder and why any team would want to trade a first rounder for him we were better off just sitting him like jae crowder is doing and pretending gordon has value.
Remember when folks adamantly believed holding EG was just the best decision. LOL something so obvious that should have been done a long time ago and now they’re on the verge of getting probably absolutely nothing for him.
Verified reports say otherwise. And I definitely vouch for clutch as he reported it a long time ago about offers being rejected. FO is just too dumb and stubborn
Eric Gordon can play when he wants to. That’s the problem. He clearly and obviously doesn’t want to play here. At this point, he’s a major detriment to the growth of the team. He brings nothing. Trade him for anything you can get, or just release the man outright. He needs to be gone.
guy playing bad intentionally in a way to lower rockets' expected return from him in a trade. he is still worth a late first rounder and if rockets don't mind selling him at a discount i think it aint that hard to move his arse somewhere else.
Stone is in his cave waiting for the season to be over. He needs to do something with Gordon, some people would say, Stone is working up a masterful trade to get a 1st rounder or a good young prospect, but this is Stone. Stone is so scared to be blame or criticize on trades he just stay put until a GM beg him to trade
