Wouldn't it be illegal to use FTX funds for the guy's bail?

He will still have billions of stolen assets hidden all over the place.

The bail isn't real. Nobody is putting up that money. They could have went no bail Jan 6th style if they were serious about holding him in custody.

He's white with a nonviolent charge and the feds prob have his parents on surveillance with enough potential charges to keep him honest.

So I don't think he's a flight risk but he should be in jail if only to sober up and start facing reality for what it is.

He doesn't present any danger to the community and is probably regarded as an unlikely flight risk.

Those ^ should be the considerations that bear the most weight.

He shouldn't face significant hurdles to being released until the time of trial. Odds are high he cooperates, shows up to trial, is sentenced and goes away for a long time.

Interesting how those who can afford the bond can get out on personal recognition but those who can't are stuck in jail.

The will probably end up killing himself.

    Lol…. Woke Inc….

You’d support the devil himself if he opposed Woke Inc.

A heavily conservative think tank that shills for big oil neither wants government regulation… or the private sector implementing ESG. Basically they want to have zero accountability for their pollution from the public or private sector.
