The Athletic: Bruno Fernando Will Start Over Sengun When He Returns

Nitpickers don’t love him but just try to diminish his potential by nonstop nonsense. Criticism is always welcomed but that’s not what’s happening. Let’s be real. I’m not gonna refer to all those **** talks about Sengun because everyone knows what you guys have been spreading around.

Nobody is upset about that Sengun isn’t appointed as a HOF, that is just from your imagination so it’s all your delusional mind lying to yourself. Some of you will always come up with excuses not to accept him as one of the main players in the team.

 

I've always said Sengun is a GOOD PLAYER but he is NOT a great player like many SOFs think, as a matter of fact NO player on this team is great at this time.

However, I can see a case where maybe four or five Rocket players; Green, Sengun, Smith, Porter and Eason who all can be on the level of a Demar Derosen. He is a fringe HOF player but not on the level of Kobe, Jordan, Hakeem, etc.

 

If I’m mistaken, tell me but I don’t remember anyone claiming that Sengun is the next Kobe, Jordan or Hakeem.

it’s not fair to categorize all players equally considering most of the metrics point out to the fact that Sengun is the best player in the team so far. It’s not saying he is ALL GREAT PERFECTION but better than most of his teammates in terms of how much of an impact he makes. The problem is that nitpickers DENY every single metrics shown to them…it’s impossible not to call these nitpickers idiots due to the fact that they just don’t see what’s in front of them. Nitpicking on his defense when numbers actually tell us the quite opposite that HE ISN’T THAT BAD DEFENSIVELY. You guys just reject numbers when it comes to Sengun.

Yes, there’s guys who have said he’s on Duncan, Giannis, and Luka’s level. **** is dumb to say right now, but Sengun just flat out has star potential. Idk what his ceiling is tbh bc he’s made a massive jump this season

 

The narrative you're trying to spin doesn't exist. I literally bought one Rockets Jersey last season, #28, maybe you've heard of him? You keep trying to paint everybody as a hater every time they say he needs to work on something (which he does, as do all of our rookies and sophomores, they're kids ffs.) The ONLY "hate" or trolling you guys are getting isn't directed at Sengun at all, it's directed entirely at you and the rest of the asshat SOF's who live in absolute fantasy land where he's up there with the top players in the league. Right, and I don’t personally claim he has reached to that level. A true star player carries the team on his shoulders, so it’s just gonna be a new challenge for Sengun if he can do the same or not. Let’s see if he can handle all that pressure.

First of all, National team plays 40 minutes games. 35/48 woud be equal to 29/40.
Secondly National team coach Ataman is #2 in "Decadence List", following Greg Pop. Ataman wanted to be NBA Head Coach and there was no offer. He is in "personality/late mid-life crisis" now.

Even a cucumber would know Sengun was/is better than Bruno. As I posted several times Bruno was a red herring, a distraction. There was a hidden agenda and Bruno was used as an apparatus.

Coaching+Rockets media created the narrative and "dumb list members" jumped to be their pawns here. Nothing else. What surprised me is Alpi's character, I didn't expect him to be that strong. Except the season opener (6 TOVs, not proper assists) he adapted himself and carried on.

Does pointing out to metrics mean Sengun supporters live in fantasy land? Don’t be ridiculous. You can rightfully deny whatever I say all day long but numbers are there. The problem is you guys don’t realize the gem you got in the team and don’t give enough credit. You don’t want to give him a bigger role than the “main actors” just because he was picked 16th but not 2-3. It’s not related to his performance or anything just because your minds have been entitled to draft numbers. Jokic would have been rotten here at the bench due to the fact that he was a 41st pick. I can imagine.

I always recognize his deficiencies and the things he need to improve, ALWAYS. But nitpicking on those things after him having a great game or totally ignoring the positives from him is just malicious intent. Overstating the concerns around him isn’t innocent at all considering objective methods of evaluation says the exact opposite so far.

Maybe sometime you should ask yourself why Sengun supporters show a very strong reaction to the unfair treatment instead of sending them to a Gulag.
If you have the power and authority once, please don’t send everyone to the concentration camp.
