Yes we didn’t want him, after we gave him a contract offer which he declined. You’re like that guy who hates on a girl and claims you never liked her because she didn’t want to go out with you.

We offered a contract and he turned it down. If he had said yes, we would have been stuck with him.

It's probably all heavily dependent on the outcome of his season, like one poster said.

If he wins a ring then he's 100% coming back.

If he makes a deep run but doesn't win the title then he has to run it back with Philly

If it's another early exit then he either joins another contender somehow or he punts on ring chasing and just comes back here.

    Ok?

So why should I give 2 fcks that Harden hasn’t reached a finals with Embiid?

what the Sixers have or haven’t done is irrelevant…we are not signing him to take us to a title the next year…he would be here to run the offense and make the young guys better giving them the PG they so desperately need

250 mil for Harden isn’t happening, so there’s no pause here

Can the Rockets even offer Harden 250 mil under current CBA? I thought only Philly could offer him that type of deal.

This confirms you are a clown. Why even give him the offer in the first place then? It’s a lot of money. If he could tolerate being here we’d be screwed.

So it’s all about getting a PG and not winning anything meaningful?

Based on what? Because CP3 didn’t get a massive contract near the end of his career?

Outside of Dipo, no one knew. You certainly didn't have any insights into Dipo's plans and considerations. People suspected he wanted to play here, but ppl have easily changed their minds for far less money.

To show we will take care of you if we trade for you.

We were never going to pay Dipo because we knew he wasn’t staying.

It was reported several times (even before he played for Rockets) that he wanted a long term max deal.

    Agreed.

Our backcourt's defense night in night out is so much better than this.

Wait, it's not April 1st? Oh nevermind.

Could you please learn how the cap and contract numbers increase over time..

I was clearly not claiming that CP3 signed for $250 million. Take a deep breath and read…

But for the record… you support handing Harden a max?

Rockets can’t even offer Harden 250 mil, but u know the cap…

lol, must be comedy hour on the GARM

CP3’s “massive contract” in PHX was nowhere near his max, so that talking point meant nothing to begin with

just posting out your ass and quoting me all this irrelevant junk

You think Harden is going to be 100% happy just being a setup guy for young unproven players? Bridge for sale.
