Hush, b!₺ch. I watched every Lakers-Celtics and Lakers-Sixers series in the early '80s on VHS tapes brought over from the US. Were you even born then?
lol an average SOF watches more basketball than an average rockets fan...wake up! its not 40 years ago anymore
I'm afraid the feeling will be mutual; I just wouldn't bear to be away for long periods. Whenever Sengun put up 20-10-7 or the Rockets got blown out by 20, I know I'd be back to type a few words of support.
Why exactly Sengun or his fans would be worried about that? Sengun got talent and there are 29 more franchises in the NBA. Getting Harden back and drafting Wemby may end up being great or terrible for the Rockets but Sengun will have a great career in the NBA regardless. The only unknown is if he'll have great career in Houston or elsewhere.
Ignorant hate squad is just bunch of newbies and cry babies…they don’t even care to know their own player, truly sad for these lowlives. Harden has been someone like when anything displeases him, he checks out. If the officials doesn’t give him his signature traveling step-back move, he sulks. If teammates question his effort, he pouts. If he doesn’t get the ball enough, he turns sullen. And when he’s decided he’s had enough of any particular club, Harden quits so he wasn’t a very team oriented player but was a willing passer time to time with a massive usage rate. Do all these factors make him selfish? To me yes but it feels like now he is mature enough to accept a lesser role. Hate squad, hope you learn better about your own players next time. I don’t want to waste my time by giving you basketball lessons all the time.
I'm sure that's the way things will turn out, if it comes to that: Win-win. The thing that bothers me personally is the boneheadedness of the coach and the blank checks he gives out needlessly. Man, I was around when Asik played for the team and I've never campaigned for him to be an offensive hub! I don't remember ever defending him for his stone hands! Maybe just a few congratulatory messages if he ever scored more than 6 points and that was all! Sengun's different and his talents have been wasted for 1.5 seasons now. That gets on my nerves.
You remember the few times it works. When the play happens, it's efficient. But most of the time when we try to run it, it's just guards dribbling the ball stationary waiting for Sengun to get position. Those plays don't show up in a post ppp efficiency stat because those plays aren't counted as Sengun post possessions. But we do waste a lot of possession time trying to get a entry pass in. Sengun gets into the post quicker in a pnr play than a play where it's just him trying to fight for position with most likely a stronger vet.
Sengun at the bottom of the key, outside the paint. He doesn't need to get in position bc he will bully his way in. Double teamed. Looks around: a teammate behind him. He passes to the teammate. The teammate either shoots or passes it back to him. No guards waiting for Sengun (not that they would ever). Just him & a shooter. Easy, efficient.
That’s exactly what’s gonna happen. Rockets or not, Sengun will have a great career with his unique skillset. All I want is to see a watchable offense from Rockets.
After saying all of these things, that twitter persona (literally sponsored by KPJ btw) is ready to trade Sengun immediately or bench him. Disloyal communities don’t deserve dedicated players. I hope Rockets isn’t one of them.
Sengunatics? even a random Hawks persona? THAT IS WAY TOO MUCH NOW, I’M PISSED OFF. @os trollingonum, let’s revolt against this madness babygirl.
