Welp. It wouldn’t definitely be an upgrade at pg

I love Harden but why? Go get that easy ring somewhere then come retire here if anything.

End his career the same way he started it as a top tier 6-man, sure.

As long as he’s not deemed the leader and doesn't pollute the kids, all good.

Top tier 6 man? Lol, no. He would be the starting PG, run the offense, and contribute 20 points

How would he pollute the kids? Harden probably spends more time in the gym working on his game than anyone on this roster right now. He has done wonders for Maxey, let’s see what he could do with Green.

You musta missed the NUMEROUS TIMES dude pouted and quit.

He’s no leader and don't want that sh*t rubbin off on a young core just starting to develop their own synergy and culture.

And he’s lost a step or ten.

Again…as long as he don't bring that BS back with him and is cool with taking a back seat, I have no problem with him coming back.

Otherwise…thanks for the memories but stay over there, playa.

we have to spend those 2 max contracts somehow. and without our own picks we have no incentive to tank. so I would assume we should just sign the best players we can regardless of position or age. again, without our own picks the only goal is winning games. if harden is the best player we could spend that money on then I'm all for it.

We need a pg. Harden is that pg. Massive upgrade over kpj.

Next level petty if u folks would rather watch another year of kpj role play as harden rather than the actual man himself

You need a break. Go for a walk. Think things over.

We don’t have to spend our cap on 2 max contracts in the off-season. Next season isn’t some make it or break year where we are championship or bust.

Next year's draft pick goes to OKC (with small protection). Rockets have no choice but to win next season unless you like handing over top lottery picks.

What does “win” mean? We have no choice but to give Harden a max?

you must be kind of people that wait for the media to tell them who is good and who is not...
did you already forgot harden got beat in playoffs by max strauss and martin caleb?
    how? if he soooo good?

how come then sengun is not better than him?
    lololol

your problem is you lack imagination...

did you even try to imagine harden playing 6 minutes or 12 minutes a night like silas played sengun ruining his form and rhythm?

now take the ball out of his hands and make him wait for kpj or danuel house to pass him for a catch and shoot 3 pt

    how hed look?
    lolollll

he isnt even good with the ball in his hands and got beaten by undraftees just last postseason let alone if not played to his strengths...

"Win" means be competitive and try to make the playoffs. I really don't like the idea of losing and not being able to keep the lottery pick and building Sam Presti's pile of high draft picks. Outside of Harden there are not really any noteworthy free-agents that are significantly better than what we have when you factor in potential and growth from our young guys. Plus he plays a position of need.

Although Harden's agent probably floated all of this out to the media as leverage to insure that Morey gives him SuperMax contract. No more team friendly discounts for Philly.

I will be on board with this if we get Victor because Harden will have a team loaded with a lot of young talent.
