That’s fair. Even though I don’t believe he can fix those issues, he deserves the time to improve bc he is so young. This roster is gonna look way different over the next couple of years

Because Sengun forces them to evaluate their beliefs, he forces them to leave their comfort zone. Not only Sengun but rebellious Turkish fans is also a concern for them. They have never experienced these type of self-confident, basketball literant, slightly snobbish people (slightly part is important here). Istanbul is Mecca of European Basketball in the last decade (Bologna was in 90's but I am not sure where was in 00's) and they are different to praise American style of Basketball running than let's say Brazilian, Nigerian, German or Pakistani. Some Rox fans want Aaron Gordon type of players in squad which Alpi doesn't fit. Turkish fans and quite a lot of Rox fans want high BBIQ players which Aaron Gordon is not in that category. Glad most of Rox fanbase happy with Sengun's crafty nature. Others? Has to adapt, they have no other choice.
