Pop running circles around Silas just like last time. This team is far far far away from being a winner, but firing Silas is the first step in the right direction.
This team is in "free falling" mode. Silas is the worst thing I've ever seen as a Rockets fan. Gordon -26, KPJ -25 and Smith -22. I've been a big supporter of Stone, but if he doesn't take action on this mess I think his job should be in jeopardy as well.
Totally agree with the sentiment. They are living in the bubble of chasing Wemby and everything is sunshine.... disregarding the losing culture that is developing.
This team's game has been reduced to a low percentage shooting contest between KPJ and JG. All the work of Silas (and Stone). Congratulation!
Silas does SOME good in terms of developing a young team. However, the bad obviously far outweighs the good - He seems completely lost when things go bad. I wish he resigned but there is no such thing in the NBA. And because he lost his father they are not going to fire him. But hopefully at the end of this year we get a Stan van Gundy or some veteran coach. Lucas is not the answer..
Please tell me what Silas did for player development? Young players usually get better. I don't think Silas should get credit for this sorry.
I wanted to give him till the allstar break but I’m there. I’m really worried about Jalen/Jabari’s development and the losses to San Antonio and Orlando are just too much. #firesilas
Won’t happen….he has a lifetime contract with this team. The loses tonight was no worse than the other 151 losses that Silas has coached.
We need him for tanking...but there is no developement, no system, no set plays..its super frustrating. our basketball is ugly and horrible. no fun to watch.
Remember when the excuse was we can’t practice because of this road schedule. So here we are at home and take the last 2 days off from practicing. This guy is a complete moron.
