None of us should be surprised that Mr Scarface has no idea what he is talking about. He has been nothing but a mouthpiece for the Texans lol. That should tell us all we need to know about his IQ lol.

It was obviously something the Giants didn’t like. The deal wasn’t signed or voided…because Correa is a Met now.

    I’m
Wasted space? LOL. Giants didn’t trust Broke Back Carlos, so the Mets Billionaire will write off those Millions in a few years.

Would Correa have a legal case against the Giants for publicly revealing a medical issue? Stay it negatively affected his contract offers with other teams given they didn’t want to sign him?

Did they reveal it? Normally that stuff is protected unless you are a player on a team and the team has to disclose something about the injury (for gambling purposes in the NFL).

You didn’t know. And you were still wrong. You hit the double of dumb on that. Congrats I guess?

I wonder how SF fans will feel about this. I could see many feeling like this was a cheap move to try and drive the cost down, which blew up in their face. Or it might be perceived as dodging a bullet. If the details of the medical concern don't come out, I'm sure reaction will be all over the place.

Interesting dynamic over there. They’re a franchise that isn’t that far removed from winning 3 titles in 5 years, and had the best record in the league in 2021 (with dumb seeding, got to play the team with the 2nd best record in a short series).

They’re obviously smart enough to stick with their process and they’ll eventually recover… but that fan base was hungry for a big name and all they said going into the off-season was that money would not be an issue, and they were going to do or spend whatever it takes to land those big name(s).

A similar scenario could eventually play out here when the current core eventually either gets older or leaves (still 2-3 more years down the road). How long does the wave of success carry fan bases and how long do you give teams the benefit of the doubt when it comes to developments like this.

Christmas miracle! Correa was so hurt yesterday Giants voided the contract. Those NY doctors are magicians!

This is all part of the Twins master plan. Get Correa to eat a lot of Juicy Lucy’s and fried cheese curds so he fails he physicals with other teams and the Twins pick him back up..

I mean it doesn't sense for Correa or his side to reveal it?

What happened to "there's always one stupid team"? Now there are two? Oops. It's like you're on a quest to be wrong as many times as possible on something that you should have only been able to be wrong about once. But for inexplicable reasons, you keep digging yourself deeper and finding new ways to be wrong. Kind of impressive, in a sad, f*ed up way.
