So many posters argue irrelevant points on this board. Its hilarious. Keeping a bad coach out of loyalty is how you become those teams. He's also been a coach for more than a season and he should have never been hired. Finding the right coach is part of rebuilding.

The first coach you hire after you strip your roster typically does not make it to the team turnaround. Brett Brown was the last to do that. A rebuild generally takes 4 years and we are on schedule.
You do not want to do EVERYTHING that another team has done. Do you not see the debacle in Philly? To use them as an example shows how clueless you are.
It would be interesting if Silver and the league decided to implement the relegation game and then watch how many coaches get sacked because of that. The whole getting rewarded for being dysfunctional and bad should come to an end, or at least try something else.
