Yeah. They would have to do this. What I meant is they just can't take D.C. as it stands, and make it a state. This is the perfect plan. It amazes me the GOP screams about "no taxation without representation" and I wonder why they don't want D.C. as a state. Then I look at the demographics of D.C. and I no longer wonder. Hypocrites.
