    That’s why rate statistics exist.

Harden had the ball more and was responsible for a larger volume of possessions than KPJ has.

In Hardens worst turnover season (19.5 turnovers per 100 possessions) he was also scoring 38.4 points and assisting 14.8 times per 100 possessions.

KPJ has not begun to approach either of those production numbers on a per possession basis.

And as has pointed out several times when looking at the totality of their times in Houston, one player turned it over less times per possession than the other.

That’s what I don’t get. We’re comparing Harden with KPJ for what exactly? Why are we talking about TOs only? Do TOs live in a vacuum?

it all started with DD complaining about people being unhappy about all of KPJs turnovers while there wasn't the same complaining about Harden's. People showed him that in fact, KPJ turns the ball over MORE then harden did.

    Harden has had:
    KD
    Westbrook (former MVP)
    Ibaka
    K Perkins
    Jeff Green ( younger)
    Ariza
    Tucker
    Ryan Anderson
    Eric Gordon
    Capela
    KD
    Irving
    Joe Harris
    Seth Curry
    Embiid
    Maxey

    Who has KPj had?

    Eric Gordon ( old @## )
    (Punk @##) C Wood
the rest have been raw players and a rookie coach

One guy has had talent and a structured offense everywhere he has been....
the other not so much. When you can catch and shoot everywhere....you
    can have less turnovers.

U are really downplaying how brilliant harden is. A weird a$$ hill to die on to stan for kpj.

Harden alone was the offensive engine when he was with us. Can't say the same for kpj, man can't even average 20 pts a game yet.

First the coach, now it’s his teammates fault that he can’t achieve greatness. LOL. I’ve seen it all. What’s next? Power dancers aren’t sexy enough?

I was one of the biggest fans of Harden here in Houston; but Harden was always criticized
for sloppy turnovers while in Houston. Where were you then?

I heard it was because of fast pace scheme of D'Antoni.....what's changed?
Silas wants this team running and gunning to get easy baskets in
transition and avoid a set half court defense because our group is too raw.

Must we bring up the threads from the past blasting the turnovers of our
    Harden led teams?

Why do I have to btch about Hardens turnover when I knew he wad carrying the offense of the team?
Like I said I don't give a fk if kpj turns the ball over if his scoring can compensate.

It's the same reaction I have to Harden. Since kpj can't carry the scoring load he's rightfully gets sht on by the folks on here.

I'm at least consistent, idk about u.

    https://www.teamrankings.com/nba/stat/turnovers-per-game?date=2017-06-13

12/13......30th in turnovers (first year with Harden)
    13/14......29th
    14/15......28th
    15/16......27th
    16/17......25th

It wasn't automatic and Harden wasn't perfect.

League has learned that Harden USG% in the 40's doesn't work.

That's why Harden is dropping his USG% all the way down to KPj's USG%

    Currently
    Harden 24.9 USG%
    KPj 25.8 USG%

Comparing solely harden turnovers to kpj turnovers is one of the dumbest thing I seen kpj stans do.

Even now I still trust harden to b play making than kpj.

Bringing up Harden turnovers to defend kpj is just triggering. They are not playing the same game when it comes to offense.

Kpj stans need to find a closer player to compare to cause harden isn't it.

Who’s a better shooter, a player who shoots 20/25 or a player that shoots 1/5? Is it the 1/5 player because he only missed 4 times compared to the other guy who missed 5 shots? 5 shots is more than 4, it’s indisputable.

Shaq made more FTs per game than Steve Nash.

Shaq was a better FT shooter than Nash….Indisputable

Kpj isn't even on the same playing field as harden. Can kpj reach there? probably not.

There's a reason y harden is considered one of the greatest offensive player to grace the basketball court.

Kpj stans are really downplaying harden brilliance to defend kpj. Anybody who think kpj sucks at pg, kpj stans always need to bring up hardens turnovers like it means anything.

How about kpj lead in scoring for the entire league for a few years to compensate for his turnovers like harden did?
