I know this is a joke on the Sengun thread, but I actually agree.
In no world should Nix be playing over JC, JC might be a little tunnel vision and shot happy at times but the kid hustles and plays defense.

JC can't be worse than Nix and I want Silas fired so I'm a supporter of this movement

Nix should never play ahead of Christopher. But a real coach would also tell Christopher that he gets yanked if he doesn't pass. He has the skills to do it, but clearly the coach is not holding him accountable for it.

 

Silas needs to be fired for the way he treats Boban Marjanovic.

Silas uses every single opportunity to demote Boban. Playing him 4 mpg in less than a third of the game is inexcusable. Boban is such a beautiful human being, the fans deserve to see him more.

Oh, he absolutely can. The difference however, is that JC has the ability to be significantly better when he gets got.

Was re-watching last night's Rockets-Warriors game again. The stretch where Rockets cut the big lead in a 9-0 run (down to 6 pts) was the 10 to 8 min mark in Q4. JC was in the lineup.

Nix, Josh, Gary, Tari and Garuba.

JC had been uneven but he deserves playing time. If the other guards don't have it defensively, JGup could be a spark plug.

So on a last place team where the average age is 22 and player development is at a premium, y'all are saying that our first round pick isn't worth playing in half the games and spot mins in the others because he was wildly unsuccessful in summer league play? Y'all should be fired as fans along with Coach Silas at the All-star break

 

True, and on the flip side if the coach is going to rest the starting backcourt together then JC should be out there with the goon squad to at least have another scorer with Gordon or whatever player Silas decides to play with second unit

But all the first round picks from past two drafts should be playing every game because that is how you determine who is who especially during a full blown rebuild
