You're upset because Sengun didnt play in the 4th, while I chose to look at a YOUNG team who didnt play well but still got within 2 pts in the 4th Qtr, on the road, on a back to back, against the NBA Champions and 4 games in 6 days.

It's about the Rockets, not Sengun

 

They got within 2 points then Jalen and KPJ subbed in and they sucked at defense like they do all season and they got blown out. With or without Sengun, KPJ/Jalen duo are the worst defensive backcourt by miles in the league. Feel free to pretend like they are not but facts are facts.

 

So you think putting Sengun back in would've saved the day?

 

Of course not. I never said that. I also never said Sengun is a good defender. What i'm saying is Jalen and KPJ's lack of effort and lack of defensive awareness hurt the team much more than Sengun's physical limitations on defense. You can replace Sengun with Rudy Gobert and this team will be still one of the worst defensive teams in the league.

 

Gobert made Wolves a mediocre Defensive.

more and more I think we are intentionally tanking. The fact that we hired all these supposedly great defensive coaches and our best defenders Tari and Garuba are glued to the bench, no experimentation with KPJ, Sengun’s and KJM’s minutes way too low. If we were trying to win Tari or KJM would be starting and Sengun would be 30+ mins a night. when Tate gets back I am going to get so frustrated I’ll be cutting way back on my game watching and I have watched every game from Tennessee the last two years. F**k Silas.
