U don't have 2 be special needs to see you Sengun nuthuggers are running out of excuses. First you blame Silas for not playing him enough, when he does play him he's a -43 a non factor. At some point, the problem isn't anything but SENGUN and defensive liabilities

    KPJ and Silas don’t fit.
Silas doesn’t have a system. He’s riding the coattails of established players.

I can't remember which thread now (may have even been this one) and I don't have the time to go look this morning, but I'm pretty sure that someone has posted the best offensive and defensive line ups so far this season. Don't think Bruno was on either of the best line ups.

Not criticizing Bruno here as I do think he fills a need we have right now, but neither the eye test nor the stats tell me that the Rockets are significantly better with him than with Sengun... and if I'm being honest I prefer the way the ball moves out of the Jalen\Sengun PNR's over the KPJ\Bruno PNR action. Like them both, just my particular perception of how the game flows and the shots we get out of the two PNR actions.

    Anyway... carry on.

Listen dummy, you aren’t intelligent enough to have a conversation. The stats you are using are actually hurting your argument on the season. A two game sample doesn’t make you right.

You prioritize your talent by bringing Sengun off the bench so he's not bringing down the talent in the starting unit AND so that he can run the second unit and get the post touches he wants.

It's an arrangement that benefits everyone.

KPJ is poorly used and is highly inconsistent. Sengun is just a tough fit tho, despite being so good

I wouldn’t be opposed to this. I also wouldn’t be opposed to KPJ and Bruno coming off the bench.
As long as Alp, Jabari and Greens development is the priority, I’m fine with it

Prioritizing talent yes. But the talent is Jalen & Jabari. Lumping Sengun in that is wishful thinking. Bruno fits better with Green & Jabari while Sengun doesn't. As Bruno gets healthier expect the team to excel

Are we still talking about the game with the first quarter where he was the only one trying to make something happen because nobody else was doing it? Yeah.

That’s my issues with centers like Sengun. Requires a lot of building around bc it’s hard to make them fit

He’s not a tough fit. He’s being used by a narrow minded, one style Coach in the wrong way.
No one is asking for Alp to be the main hub. And the kid has done everything asked of him, playing PNR, setting screens at the top of the key. The only offense Silas can make for a player of Alps skill is a post up?! Use his passing and vision off short rolls and high post. Doesn’t take a genius to see thus

Sengun's a liability whereas the rest of the team is a well-oiled machine* running on all cylinders!
Tar & feather & waive him then.
    (Oh God please...)

    You’re an idiot.
Green excels with Alp. They literally were saying this last night.
The only player that benefits playing with Bruno is KPJ.

Green, Alp and Bari are the core. In that order. You can hate it all you want, but thems the facts. Silas will be gone and we can move on from the KPJ heavy usage.

silas or Sengun, make your choice.

one of them has to leave the team, it’s not gonna work this way. I’m sure next year Sengun will ask for trade if not treated fairly.

... which begs the question: Weren't the round holes silly to trade up for a square peg?

Sengun is Sengun is Sengun... Not exceptionally athletic, not 7' tall, doesn't have an outside shot, etc etc etc... No need to scout: even I could have told Stone it would never work.

He can ask and he might well be traded, anyone on this team might be.

I think you misunderstand why Sengun is a bad fit with the starters, it has nothing to do with KPJ, it has to do with Sengun wanting to play a different style of basketball than the rest of the starters.

The stylistic difference causes chemistry problems. Bruno plays more of the style the starters want to play.

With Sengun off the bench, he can be "the guy" and everyone can adjust to what he wants to do. That won't be the case with the starters.

No the idiot is you sir lol. Phoenix was arguably our best game and Sengun was a -19 and complete non factor. Jalen played well and Bruno was a +15. How can Sengun benefit Jalen while being a -19 to the team as a WHOLE? Are the numbers lying?

Anyone? Even green or kpj? I don’t think so. Those are cornerstones.

He should ask for a trade, I'd honestly prefer this so we get a true point guard
