We should try and win every game we can. You don't create a winning culture by losing

Where all the Spurs fans at? I remember so many people were talking **** to me about how great Popovich is at balancing winning and developing players.

Genuine question, are the Spurs in the same position as the Rockets? Do they have clear young players that they want to build around? Do they seem to have discipline issues? Do they make the same mistakes over and over? I haven't watched them this year, so these are genuine questions. Because if all the answers aren't yes, it's not the same as the Rockets.
Silas losing isn't the problem. We have 4 players that we need to either build around or at least decide if they're worth building around. KPJ, Jalen Jabari and Sengun. All three have had flashes, all 4 have had horrendous moments. The frustration is, the flashes each have had of greatness seem to be few and far between within a system. Jabari should see more off screen movement, Jalen should sprinkle in more off ball movement, downhill movement, and off screen shooting in addition to iso. and same for KPJ. Sengun should get more playmaking opportunities not just dribble handoffs. He should get more post touches.
Instead, we get erratic rotations, and iso heavy offenses. There have been some improvements the last few games, but this is the main frustration.

You missed the point. Silas is so bad even when he is trying he sucks and loses most of the time. The Spurs are basically purposefully tanking. It's because of that I would fire Silas, it would be different if he was trying to tank, at least it would be purposeful instead of just being even a worse coach than McHale.

Silas and Harden would have been a good combo, they're both losers.

If Silas survives this season we're doomed! As simple as that!

Alperen Sengun has a injured knee

He was icing while sitting on the bench 2 weeks ago, lack of sleep doesn't help either, sleep recovers players injuries etc

    1. Firing Silas during the season is a bad look, talking Big Mouth Media will blame the Rockets Owner and Players.

    2. Just don't resign Silas and move on

    3. Rockets really need a Great Offensive Mind.

Mahmoud Abdul Fattah really needs a Opportunity to Coach to get a chance and see if Alperen Sengun can be used properly as a Passer.

KPJ is hurting the Teams offense the most with his ISO Dribble.
KPJ off the bench would be better off.

What media has cared much about the Rockets other than Jonathan Feigen, Iko and Co. who don't criticize....

Yes he will remain here for the season. There's no real incentive to make a change this season based on the results considering the FO is very open to being a bottom 3 team (albeit maybe not the worst team).

If they fire him they should already know who the replacement is. They've had enough time to analyze the product on court. If we just go with an interim after the firing that is a horrible look.

The Spurs are just bad. You don't play against the best teams and say "ok we will lose on purpose"...........no, they lose because they are not as good as the other team anyway. The media really has created and got the tanking talk in peoples heads. People thinking bad teams are only bad because they decide to be, is just plain wrong.

Actually the bad look would be, dumping the best players on your roster and expecting the coach to still get wins with what is left

Yeah, players don't lose on purpose. We know organizations tank (build bad teams on purpose) and we know players don't tank. No player is going to go out there and try to lose even if you tell them to. I think the jury is still out on whether or not coaches tank, I personally don't think they do. But coaches DO have to listen to their GMs, and if their GM is tanking, he could demand that the coach starts a certain player that hurts the team, or demand a certain number of minutes. This kind of thing makes it really hard to evaluate coaches especially on tanking teams.

The Spurs should have gone to Pop and said we are going to rebuild, do you want to stick around for the long haul.
