    It's crazy that this guy actually still participates in that conference. He should long be in jail. Like, when Bernie Madoff's fraud was uncovered, would he be at a freaking conference?

    Too my knowledge, close to nothing. ... I have one working credit card left ($100,000?) ... I put everything I had into FTX.

    Yes I was.

    Agree, that over time, you also lied?

    Do I agree that I lied? I don't know times that I lied. There are times I was acting as a marketer for FTX. How can I paint FTX as compelling way as possible? I wasn't talking about or thinking about the risks with FTX there. I wish I spent more time on the downsides.

    I haven't followed this for a few days now so not sure where the investigation is at...

    Why isn't he in jail yet?

    Well.. questions I have. FTX is a Bahamas-based company. Alameda Research is a Hong Kong company (AFAIK). How does that complicate US investigations and prosecution? Who has judication over any potential arrests and prosecutions? Where is he even living now (extradition laws implication)?
